Google announces New web page for hangout.
Google has finally announced a dedicated page for Hangout. Hangout allows seamless messaging across several devices and google wants to provide another medium by which this communication can be made. The dedicated website allows hangout service an independent space of chat than packing them into a little popup conversation in google services.
Check out https://hangout.google.com and you will see a clean interface that will allow you to chat with your known people. It has systematic button placements to work with, just like how you need it. You can access contacts, messages, calls and settings. The background images are shown based on the shared images on Google+.
